Research & development

Ph. D or M. Tech/MS in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent in related field. Overall at least 5 years’ experience since graduation (B. Tech/BE or equivalent) out of which at least 2 years’ active research experience in anyone or more of the following areas:

• Modern information retrieval technologies
• Machine Learning technologies
• Natural language processing
• Data analytics
• Optimization of search result ranking
• Personalization of search results
• Knowledge representation, semantic web and ontology

Research areas are in a digital library parlance in some of the following or related areas:

• Query segmentation and annotation
• Noisy document processing and curation
• Knowledge graph based recommendation
• Connecting and augmenting learning resources
• Learning analytics
