The National Digital Library of India (NDLI) proudly participated in the 48th International Kolkata Book Fair 2025, held from January 28 to February 9, 2025, at Stall #317 in Boimela Prangan, Karunamoyee, Saltlake, Kolkata.

The 13-day-long literary festival witnessed a remarkable gathering of students, international guests, and esteemed intellectuals, all coming together to celebrate knowledge and learning. NDLI’s presence at the fair provided an excellent platform to showcase its vast repository of digital resources, fostering awareness and engagement among diverse communities.

Through its participation, NDLI reinforced its commitment to making quality educational content accessible to all, strengthening its outreach to students, scholars, and book enthusiasts from around the world.

  • Enhanced Public Engagement: NDLI’s Stall No#317 served as a hub for visitors to explore its vast digital resources.
  • Interactive Quiz Sessions: To foster engagement and promote learning, NDLI organized daily quiz
    sessions covering diverse topics such as the Indian Independence Movement, the
    Constitution, and Indian literature. These sessions attracted numerous
    participants, with winners recognized for their knowledge.
  • Promotion of NDLI Club: The event provided a platform to promote the NDLI Club, an initiative
    aimed at skill enhancement and career growth. By encouraging institutions to
    establish NDLI Clubs, the organization seeks to create dynamic platforms for
